Steve is the Principal of the Strathalbyn Physiotherapy practice, having taken over from the retiring founders of Strathalbyn Physiotherapy (Helen Fairweather and Gail Goodeve) in 1999.

Graduating with his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Australia in 1989, and the Masters of Physiotherapy in 1998, he has had extensive experience in both the public hospital system and private practice over his years in practice.

Steve has been involved in sports physiotherapy at the highest level, having held positions including: Physiotherapist to the Olympics (Sydney, 2000), Physiotherapist SASI Basketball Program (1996-2000), and travelling internationally with Elite level basketball teams.

Currently, Steve shares his work time between the Strathalbyn Physiotherapy Clinics, his teaching commitments at the University of South Australia (where he has been an Adjunct Lecturer to the Masters of Physiotherapy students since 2004), and presenting at various Australian Physiotherapy Association workshops and courses.
